01890 Privacy Notice

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for our 01890 application. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this application. It will notify you of the following:

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the application, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

We are the sole owners of the information collected by this application. We have access only to user data (e.g. camera, microphone, accounts, contacts, or phone) that is automatically collected when you use the the text tip line through the application.   No other user information, phone number, nor email is collected nor is it required for any user to download and use the 01890 app.

We will not sell to, rent to, or otherwise share this information with, anyone.

Our collection and use of this data is directly related to providing and improving the features of our application.

Any data collected by the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore, by your selected communications provider (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, or other carrier) or VPN service you choose to use, are not collected by, nor is it controlled or accessible by the 01890 app.

Your Access to and Control Over Information 

You may opt out of any future contact with us at any time by deleting the application from your phone. You can contact us at any time at winchestercoalition@gmail.com to:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our collection of data pertaining to your phone number, if any.

Limit Access to Information On Your Mobile Device: Your mobile device operating system should provide you with the ability to discontinue our ability to collect stored information or location information via our mobile apps. If you do so, you may not be able to use certain features of our application, such as the text tip line.

Our application contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Security

While no application is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect any information pertaining to your phone number, including protecting against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so, such as monitoring our application for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
